The Service

Fitness 7 Thirty is a daily workout delivery service operated by BSC, Inc. Each morning, Monday through Saturday, a single workout is published to the website and delivered by email to verified subscribers at 7 Thirty AM Eastern Time. Workouts are selected at random and are never repeated. There is no workout on Sundays.

Your Subscription

Subscribing requires a valid email address and a one-time verification step. Once verified, you will receive one email per delivery day containing the full workout. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included at the bottom of every email. Unsubscription takes effect immediately. If you wish to re-subscribe after unsubscribing, you may do so through the website.

Privacy & Data

We collect your email address and nothing else. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no third-party integrations, and no advertising on this site. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your email address to any third party, for any reason, under any circumstances.

A single HTTP-only cookie is used to identify verified subscribers for interactive features such as the like button. This cookie does not contain personal information and serves no tracking purpose.

Eligibility

This service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Assumption of Risk

The workouts provided through this service are intended for experienced individuals who are familiar with the movements and techniques involved. They are not personalized fitness programs and are not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or individual assessment. You are solely responsible for determining whether a workout is appropriate for your fitness level. BSC, Inc. assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from your participation in any workout delivered through the service.

Anti-Spam Compliance

All email communications comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes a clear identification of the sender, a physical mailing address, and a one-click unsubscribe mechanism. Emails are sent only to recipients who have provided express consent through the double opt-in verification process.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
